Enjoy a refreshing, tasty salad!
1/4 head of green cabbage shredded or chopped 1/3 cup chopped fennel 1/4 sweet onion chopped 1/4-1/2 red pepper chopped 1/3 cup shredded carrots 1 oz sesame seeds 1 cooked chicken breast shredded
Prepare and combine all ingredients and put them in a container that can be lidded.
Make the marinade and pour over the salad.
Mix well and cover.
Put it in a refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Toss it several times and enjoy!
1/2 cup sunflower or avocado oil 1/4 cup rice vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 garlic clove minced 1/2 tsp salt 2-4 TBSP sesame seed oil 1 TBSP brown mustard 1/2 tsp turmeric Dash of paprika (optional).
